Blooming April

2017 Wedding Season will soon be opening at Wedding Angels and we are looking forward to seeing all the lovely floral designs our Brides and Grooms have been choosing come to life. The April sunshine has been getting us looking out for the prettiest blooms. Peach and blush seem to be popular this year. But little does one know that it is a difficult theme to pull through for a florist. The peach flowers are limited to a very small number of varieties and who says rare says expensive too. Seasonality also is a factor to take into consideration when choosing a theme. Peach flowers such as coral peonies and rononculas are available in early spring. For an August wedding choices will be limited to different types of vintage roses, dahlias and coronation. The latter not always being popular with weddings... Food for for thought... Bring on the spring and all those lush flowers.
